What is a complete pharmacy management system?
A complete pharmacy management system connects every channel and every role on one set of business rules. In our platform that means seven connected parts: your pharmacy ERP, a customer mobile app, a customer website, a driver app with fleet management, and three operational dashboards — Super Admin, Call Center and Delivery Administration. Pricing, stock, offers, prescriptions, payments and order status are enforced once in a shared core API, so the app, the website and the call centre can never quote a different price or sell stock a branch does not have.
Can the system connect to our existing pharmacy ERP?
Yes. The ERP stays the authoritative source for master data, branch inventory and downstream order records. We synchronize governorates, cities, branches, categories, brands, products and quantities on a schedule or on demand, and push customer orders and cancellations back into the ERP using unique references and idempotent processing so a retry can never create a duplicate order. We have integrated ASCON-class pharmacy ERPs in production, and the same pattern applies to Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and custom systems.
How does the prescription workflow stay compliant?
Prescription orders pass through a controlled review gate. The customer uploads prescription images with the order, the file is validated and stored in private storage, and the order is created with PENDING status. No driver is assigned and no shipment is created until an authorized pharmacist or reviewer explicitly accepts or rejects it, with the actor, timestamp and rejection reason recorded. Prescription media is accessible only to the owning customer and authorized operational roles, and push notifications never expose prescription content on a locked screen.
How does delivery and fleet management work?
Fulfillment is chosen automatically. The system calculates route distance from the selected branch to the customer address and compares it to a configurable distance threshold: inside the threshold the order goes to your own drivers, beyond it the order is handed to SMSA remote shipping with a waybill and tracking. Drivers are bound to a branch, so an order can only be assigned to an active driver from the same branch, either manually by the delivery administrator or through auto-assignment. Cash collected by drivers creates a pending balance record that the delivery administrator settles, and settlement is idempotent so the same cash can never be counted twice.
What do the three dashboards do?
Super Admin is the full operational control plane: orders, prescriptions, catalog, branch stock, offers, coupons, content, customers, system users, settings and reports. Call Center is a restricted assisted-commerce view where agents look up customers, manage addresses, build orders for customers under the same pricing and stock rules, and review prescriptions — without unrestricted administration rights. Delivery Administration owns last-mile operations: branches, drivers, assignment, live delivery orders and driver cash balance reconciliation.
Which payment methods are supported for a Saudi pharmacy?
Card, Mada, Apple Pay and cash on delivery through HyperPay, plus a configurable cash-on-delivery fee. Payment results are never trusted from the client: every callback is verified server-side, handled idempotently, and the gateway amount, the order total and the ERP order total must match to the smallest currency unit before the payment is treated as successful. Cash is automatically rejected on remote SMSA deliveries.
Is the platform bilingual Arabic and English?
Yes, Arabic-first with full right-to-left support. Product data and master content carry Arabic and English translations, the API returns localized labels and messages based on the request language, and notification history is stored in the language the customer received it in, so an Arabic customer never sees an English notification in their history.
How long does it take to launch a pharmacy platform?
It depends on how many channels you launch at once, the number of branches, your ERP, and how much of the catalog needs migrating. A focused launch — website plus one app plus the admin dashboard — is measured in weeks, while a full seven-system rollout with ERP integration and a driver fleet takes longer. You get a fixed scope, a fixed timeline and a fixed price in the Blueprint phase, before any build starts.
Do you work with pharmacies outside Riyadh?
Yes. We are based in Riyadh and work with pharmacy groups across Saudi Arabia — Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Al Ahsa, Qassim, Tabuk, Abha and beyond — delivering remotely, with on-site workshops and go-live support when the project calls for it. The platform is built for multi-branch, multi-city operations from day one.
How much does a pharmacy platform cost in Saudi Arabia?
Cost depends on which of the seven systems you need, the number of branches and drivers, the ERP you connect to, and whether you need iOS, Android or both. Book a free 30-minute scoping call and we will send a fixed-price proposal with a module-by-module breakdown — no open-ended estimates.
