On 24 July 2026, ZATCA announced Wave 25 of the Integration Phase: taxpayers whose VAT-taxable revenue exceeded SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025 must integrate their e-invoicing system with the Fatoora platform by 1 February 2027. ZATCA notifies targeted taxpayers directly, at least six months ahead.

Is Odoo compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Odoo's Saudi localization supports the Phase 2 (Integration Phase) requirements — UBL 2.1 XML invoices, cryptographic stamps, QR codes and direct integration with ZATCA's Fatoora platform for clearance (B2B tax invoices) and reporting (B2C simplified invoices). We handle onboarding, CSID setup and compliance testing on ZATCA's simulation environment before you go live.
