The project aims to reduce the risks of coastal flooding in the northern coast and the Nile River Delta region of Egypt, and it is also working on developing a plan Integrated coastal zone management for the entire northern coast to manage the risks of climate change in the long term, and to provide Egypt with the ability to adapt to the imminent flood risks.
